Couldn\’t do it without Jimmy Dawn (who has been here from day one!!) and Little David Tiroff Jr. as well as David Tiroff! These guys keep the ship on course each and every week. Special thanks to Leslie, Cameron, Riley and Booga for their extra help as well – AND let\’s not forget our Announcer Big Chris Wright who keeps us entertained throughout the race program. We sure are glad he is doing better health wise.

So thanks everyone for a fantastic race season. We appreciate our racers more than you know. We know that there were some bumps in the road along the way [We do learn from our mistakes and really hope that you don\’t hold them against us], but overall it was a very successful year and you, our racers, are the reason we are here week in and week out.

Next up is the Texas Challenge on Nov 9 &10th. Please fill out the Pre-registration to let us know you are coming. You can find it at >>http://www.kamkartway.com/texas-challenge. (go to bottom of page for the form part to fill out and send). Click here for a current Driver List for the event. [You can also check this list from the sidebar link anytime between now and the race on the Texas Challenge webpage *Under \”Schedules\” menu tab.]
The 2018/2019 Winter Schedule is also posted online on the \”Schedule\” page. (**Remember it is subject to change so watch Facebook for announcements and check back on the \”Schedule\” page to see/confirm changes.)
Also around the corner is our Awards Banquet. I\’m hearing that everyone wants to have it here at the property with a big bonfire. So looks like that is what the plan is and we will still have it catered and tickets will be $15/each. We will start selling tickets at the Texas Challenge event and up until the day of the banquet. Please help me out by signing up to help set up or help collect door prizes (we want Anything! Everything! – ie: Restaurant gift certificates, Discount cards from your business, Company give-a-ways like ball caps & mugs, gift items from Walmart or the like, etc.) I will send out special email dedicated to the banquet next week for more details.
Getting Ready For 2019 at KAM Kartway!!
Things don\’t go quiet here at KAM during the slow or off season. We are gearing up and getting ready to put on another spectacular race season for our drivers and participants. We want your feedback to help us too so please fill out the survey we have and tell us what you think, want, or other comments. (**Those who fill out survey before end of month are entered into a drawing for a Free Texas Challenge Pit Pass!!)
We are making a few changes to the rules & parking and will need new 2019 Race of Champions Sponsors – so be on the look out for those announcements coming soon.
